Coach Mitchell H. himself is a successful serial entrepreneur and real estate investor who started out with an AirBnB in Brooklyn NY in 2016 then in 2017 purchased a 5-unit property and a duplex in 2019 in the state of PA. He knew he found his real estate niche when In 2019 he placed ads to fill two vacant bedrooms. An ex-offender in a halfway house contacted him to rent a room and someone that was being released from a rehab contacted him. To his surprise these connections lead to him getting lucrative contracts with state agencies with access to a plethora of tenants to offer housing to. But what he liked most about this rental arrangement is these tenants came with funding that sometimes covered 3 to 6 months of the rent so he wasn’t chasing anyone down for rent.
In his coaching program he covers everything from soup to nuts on how to get started, how to get funding, how to lease real estate if you do not have the finances to own and a host of other valuable information to ensure his students are successful.
