Montana Qualified Intermediary, 1031 Property Exchange Assists Real Estate Investors With Tax Deferral

Bozeman, MT – Montana qualified intermediary, 1031 Property Exchange, LLC assists real estate investors all over the United States with tax deferral strategies for the sale and re-purchase of any investment real estate.

He adds, “This is called a build-to-suit exchange and although they are more complex they are a tool that can work under the right circumstances”.

“Many investors we encounter are selling older rental properties that they have fully depreciated and they just want to upgrade to newer, less maintenance intensive, property”, says Squire. He adds, “Dozens of the clients we work with every year fit this profile, just a simple delayed exchange, and they are not very expensive to perform considering the large tax savings that most of our customers net”.
